The World Needs Healing
There are so many people & issues needing healing in this world. As most people doing healing energy work, I wanted to be more effective than only treating clients individually with Reiki in my treatment studio, and help all that come my way. Suddenly, it dawned upon me that distant Reiki healing energy and other forms of unconditional love can be sent to Earth and its people to create the tidal wave of healing energy for our world to heal. Simple solution to help all.
Creating Healing Energetic Synergy
To make the energy force have impact, we are creating one large world healing network. We connect all healing professionals and like-minded spirits to align their prayer-healing energy- transmission into one big synergy-force. The synergistic power of group meditation and joint prayer has been documented with many anecdotes. My 2-year goal is 2 million people healing jointly in this WE ARE ONE World Healing initiative. I actually believe that through synergy and a real large numbers people, we’ll actually tilt the balance in the world for good. By joining forces, we hope to create monthly tidal waves of good for all, each wave building upon the previous ones.
As per ‘THE SECRET’ : what we focus on increases. Rather than wishing for just money, let’s focus on the realization of a fundamental shift of our world for good: i.e. to help create a balanced, fair, interesting, healthy, sustainable world with food, freedom, joy, peace & love for all people.
As it is one of those wishes where the ‘how’ is extremely complex (a factor that had immobilized me till now to do anything significant for this cause), applying healing energy such as Reiki is ideal, as it knows the ‘how’.

This blog is specifically set up for World Healing Participants to share with each other and for new participants to be encouraged to join. At session 1, I stood by myself. At session 2, we were about 35. Then there are 40 people registered…. Click here to see how many World Healing participants there are today. My aim is to grow our group into a worldwide movement, day after day, moon after moon, and this is easy to do if each participant simply gets one more person to join each moon cycle.
World Healing Objectives
- Rather than that we specify particular issues when sending healing energy, it is important to let the healing energy work on whatever it needs to work on! I’m making the assumption however that these kind of issues will be embraced: Faster healing and resolution of long outstanding health and well-being issues among us people with sufficient food for everyone, freedom, proper distribution of wealth, equality among people, peace, respect, sanitation, health care, literacy, cures for cancers, AIDS & similar illnesses, and of course a great well-being of the planet itself, and anything else on Earth that needs healing, being healed.
- Increased awareness of participants and observers of this monthly event, that WE ARE ALL ONE, and belong to one big family called ‘people’.
- Realization that giving out unconditional love is essential for sustainable life, and one of the greatest benefactors will be you, the giver.

I do Healing vision boards and I help people to heal them selfs. I put people in a happy place on a photo so they can manifest there healing. I also work on world healing all the time.

The last healing event, I seen hands of light hold on to the earth and the light got very bright and then the hands where gone and the light stayed bright. I think that was a symbolism of the changes that well come to pass. I love these healing events.

I am going on a vision quest to find the world vision, I will go all over and stop in many places and get people to put there vision into the world. Mission starts June 14th flag day look for a chance to paint your vision to the world along with many others. One paining one vision many involved.

Hi All,
I am new to Reiki. But I have such a experience in last 60 days that I have started respecting and having faith in it. This is simply amazing. Now I do meditation regularly and feel a lot more positive and cool.

Has anyone seen the film Practical Magic, at the end when all the women join hands in a circle in order to banish an evil entity? This makes me think of that. It’s such a powerful image, as all the hands lock together in order to join energies. I will visualise this when participating on the l8th!

Wouldnt it be wonderful if all the people on your street came out at a given time and locked hands in such a powerful way? So then your street could join the next street, and that street could join the adjoining street, and so on and so on and on…… And so black would stand beside white, and asian would stand beside western, and whatever colour or creed a person was just wouldnt matter because all we would see is the unity between us in our human state, and the love would shine around us.

Now I am quite familiar with Reiki. It is amazing. I practice Reiki a lot. There were some troubles in the begining but now everything is fine. This one world healing initiative is great. This time, I want to participate too. I am excited about it.

Anne, I completely agree with you. I hope that would be possible. But the common man….don’t understand why unity is so important. They just want to fight over the wordly things. Don’t know that there is nothing that we can take from this world to our next journey.

Amir, I understand what you are saying, but we have to live in hope. And sometimes the unexpected actually happens. The universe, in my experience at least, works in truly magical, mystical ways, and we have to keep the faith, even though at times it can be hard work to do so. Sometimes it is hard to understand why things have to be the way the way they are, but, and again, this is only my experience and belief, I have found that there is always a reason, always a plan, and sometimes we eventually get to see the reason why, sometimes we don’t, but I guess that’s where faith comes into it. And the more uncomfortable we are in the process, the more it seems we have to learn. Somewhere I have read that we need only to “lay back in the arms of spirit” and all will be well. A lovely idea wouldn’t you agree?

I agree. Hats off to your comment. Even I feel the same way. However, I was talking about the common man who is miles away from this concept and how would he know what needs to be done and what actually is being done. We have a majority of these people rather than the ones who agree with you and me. I don’t know if they can even come closer to this concept, but YES miracles happens!!! So the best that I can think is to grow, to grow, to grow and to grow. Make our circle so big and so huge that every issue, every problem sounds like an atom to it.

You are on the right track, Amir, and lead by example. Self Reiki is also healing others, because of this ripple effect, so do it daily.
It’s not always easy to be exemplary… but.. when people see ‘love in action’, it’s inspiring and encouraging to them! Furthermore, they’ll receive whatever goodness you’ve given with unconditional love.
Join the world healing next time for the full hour, and miracles are bound to happen… to you and others… Keep at it. Stick to it. Make space for it in your life. Humanity as a whole (and thus the concept of Oneness) deserves this attention.
Talking about the miracles that can happen as a result of intend: I’ll be on TV soon … My first TV appearance. The TV crew is coming here tomorrow to interview me and shoot my Reiki demo….
I aim to weave ‘We Are One World Healing’ in there. It will be yet another request for a miracle answered by the Universe…., for which I am already grateful.

Amir, I agree. We have to spread the word about Astrids amazing concept, because as you rightly say, growth is paramount. The common man can understand,I believe, if he can just be still for long enough to get back in touch with spirit. There is so much fear in the world, and fear drives people to be what they maybe don’t want to be.Fear drives people to greed, the concept of get it while you can before the others take it all. I don’t know. I have no answers. I muddle through all of this just as anyone else does.

The greed thing is just as an example obviously,as fear does many things to us, makes many things OF us. We all fear something. Being alone, getting old, being without means,being unemployed, being disliked or excluded.The thing is, with faith, whatever it means to each individual, if it is based in spirit and love and compassion, it will carry us through, give us strength. A dear friend of mine has a little saying. She just says ‘KOKO’, which stands for KEEP ON KEEPING ON. Which is, I guess, all any of us can do. With love.

I hope that you enjoyed with the TV crew, It would have a great experience for you to be on TV and at the same time practising Reiki. When would it be broadcast and on which channel? I would definitely like to watch it if I have access to that channel here in India.
